Negarden 1897 is beautifully situated with its Swiss-style house from 1897, framed by a large English garden, in the village of Flisa in Innlandet county.

Here, it is easy to forget that you are just a stone’s throw from the city center of Flisa, where you can find many excellent shopping opportunities and other local attractions. We are open all year round, offering accommodation as well as lounges for courses, meetings, dinners and events.
We collaborate with local farms and businesses, which is why ONLY local and exclusive ingredients make their way to your dinner table from our cozy and well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. We can accommodate both small and large events. We want to share the experience of Negarden 1897, which has been a social gathering place in Åsnes municipality for many years— known for its lavish lifestyle, right up until the early 1930s.
Negarden 1897 is owned and operated by the couple Eva Molberg and Olav Berg.

All rooms in the main house have been restored as close to their original state as possible. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with its own unique character and name. In total, Negarden 1897 can accommodate 18 overnight guests—or up to 21 if extra beds are used.

Our rooms
In total we have five private, comfortable and idyllic bedrooms that have been restored to the 19th century. All bedrooms have wireless internet. Two of the rooms have their own bathroom and toilet, but out of consideration for the antique surroundings, 3 rooms do not have their own bathroom/WC, but they are located in the hallway. With us you will feel relaxed and refreshed when you wake up. Breakfast can be eaten in the dining room or on the veranda. We can tempt you with freshly baked bread and rolls, local jam and other delicious local spreads.
