DRENGESTUA

DRENGESTUE IN RETRO STYLE

Drengestua was originally the old brewhouse, constructed from log timber, as evidenced by the wide window sills and featuring a central fireplace that has now been replaced with an inserted stove. Previously, a black oven stood here, but it served no practical purpose as this house has a more modern image in retro style, thus becoming a museum piece.

The four rooms are decorated with furniture from the 1940s and onward, named after family members of Eva and Olav: Louise, Johan, Karen, and Martin.

One room features a family bunk bed, with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed above. The other three rooms have single beds that can be combined to create double beds. Two of the rooms can accommodate three guests if desired, while the other two are double rooms.
